Joshua Clemons

With eight years of experience as a construction professional specializing in residential remodeling, Joshua brings valuable insight into what truly makes a home show well and sell effectively. His hands-on knowledge allows him to identify improvements that add real value, as well as help buyers evaluate a home’s condition to ensure they are purchasing at the right price.

Joshua’s background in the printing and advertising industry provides a unique advantage in marketing. He understands how to position a property to stand out through strategic presentation, professional marketing materials, and targeted exposure—giving sellers a competitive edge in the market.

Joshua joined the Ming Tree Real Estate team in 2013 and is now the co-owner and principal broker of Ming Tree Real Estate, alongside his wife, Caitlin Clemons. Since acquiring the brokerage on January 1, 2020, they have remained committed to growing one of Del Norte County’s top brokerages while preserving the exceptional service and trusted reputation clients have relied on since 1984.

Outside of real estate, Joshua is an active volunteer with Del Norte County Search and Rescue, where he has served since 2021. He is currently training his Dutch Shepherd, Scion, as a search and rescue dog.
