I bought what I later came to realize was a difficult house to finance. Despite the problems with a bad appraiser (which killed the first lender), Josh promised that if we toughed it out and stuck with him, we’d get it closed. And he was right! He introduced us to an awesome lender who used a different appraiser who actually took the time to look at the house fairly, and we were closed within weeks with no trouble at all! Josh was always around to answer questions and offer support. He knew how much this house meant to me and my husband and he worked diligently to ensure that it would become our first home. I’ve never seen a realtor work as hard as he does for his clients.

Josh was very helpful with the whole buying experience and was very knowledgeable with all the homes we had questions about. He went above and beyond our expectations. With being first time home buyers we were very nervous about the whole buying experience and Josh "held our hands" the whole way, reassuring us, and letting us know what was going on the whole time. When it came to the amount the seller was asking he was excellent with negotiating a price that we both could agree on. Overall, working with Josh is like working with a friend not a business person.
