Del Norte County is truly a special place to live and do business, which is why Caitlin chose to call Crescent City home. Raised in Southern, California, Caitlin relocated to Northern California in 2007, drawn by the area’s natural beauty—including the redwoods, rivers, and rugged coastline—along with its clean air, relaxed pace of life, and strong sense of community.
Real estate is Caitlin’s passion. With a background in the service industry and hands-on experience in home renovation, she brings a practical, client-focused approach to every transaction. Her attention to detail, market knowledge, and commitment to service have made her a trusted resource for families buying and selling throughout Del Norte County.
Caitlin has been part of the Ming Tree Real Estate family since 2013 and became a co-owner of the brokerage with her husband, Joshua Clemons, on January 1, 2020. Together, they are proud to continue growing one of Del Norte County’s top brokerages while upholding the reputation and level of service clients have relied on for more than 40 years.
Highly involved in the local real estate community, Caitlin has served five years on the Del Norte Association of Realtors® Executive Board and volunteers as an Ambassador for the Del Norte County Chamber of Commerce, along with participating in other community events. In 2016, she was honored with the Rising Star Award from the Del Norte Association of Realtors® and has earned placement in the Top Producers Club every year since becoming licensed in 2013.
Outside of real estate, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband Josh, family, and friends. You’ll often find her working on one of her many home renovation projects or playing with her dogs Rory and Scion.
