Del Norte County is truly a wonderful place to live and run a business, which is why Caitlin chose to call Crescent City home. Raised in Norco, CA, Caitlin came to Northern California in 2007 to enjoy the natural beauty of the redwoods, ocean and rivers, clean air, and lack of traffic. Real Estate is her passion, and with her background in the service industry and home renovation, it is easy to see why so many families have called Caitlin for help buying and selling.

Caitlin has been apart of the Ming Tree Real Estate family since 2013 and purchased Ming Tree Real Estate with her Partner, Joshua Clemons on January 1, 2020. Caitlin is excited to continue to grow the #1 brokerage in Del Norte County and maintain the reputation and excellent service clients have come to know and rely on for almost 40 years.

Caitlin has served on the Del Norte Executive Board of Realtors for 3 years and loves volunteering as an Ambassador to the Del Norte County Chamber of Commerce. In 2016 Caitlin received the Rising Star Award from the Del Norte Association of Realtors and has been in the top producers club every year since obtaining her real estate license in 2013.

When Caitlin isn’t in the office, out showing property or volunteering, you’ll often find her playing with her rescue Dog “Nessie”, enjoying time with her friends, family, and husband Josh Clemons, or working on one of her many home renovation projects.

AMAZING. Caitlin is very thorough, professional, knowledgeable about real estate in and about Crescent City. She pays attention to what you say about your wants and needs to help find the perfect home. Caitlin consistently answered all questions timely and even during (should have been off hours) evenings and weekends. If she did not know the answer she would tell us and then go and research the information. She always got back to us about the answers. She was very aware of how important are fur babies were to us and found the perfect 1.5 acre retirement home for us. Caitlin is most dependable and very resourceful. There were some unexpected difficulties which arose and she handled them all promptly and expertly. She generously put out whatever time and effort it took to get the property to close escrow and make sure we were happy with the result. She answered all of our questions right away and used her extensive knowledge to get us the best outcome in negotiations. We highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a home.
