Introducing Benjamin Ferguson

Ming Tree Real Estate is proud to introduce Benjamin Ferguson, a licensed Realtor® who joined the industry in 2023. Ben brings a strong foundation of real estate knowledge after spending eight summers apprenticing under his grandmother and colleague, Donna Zorn, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight into the business.

A graduate of Pleasant Valley High School in Chico, Ben also attended Butte College, where he pursued his passion for music and guitar.

Now proudly calling the North Coast home, Ben has recently made the move from Gasquet to Crescent City. An avid fisherman and outdoorsman, he is also involved with a local fishing company and works with several commercial fleets through England Marine & Industrial Supply, giving him strong connections within the coastal and working waterfront community.

In addition to real estate, Ben has a strong interest in technology and drone videography, skills that complement modern real estate marketing.

We’re excited to have Ben as part of the Ming Tree Real Estate team and look forward to the dedication, local knowledge, and service he will bring to his clients and our community.
